Job Title:Tech/Spec Writer

Duration: Contract Position

Location: NYC

TECHNICAL-SPECIFICATION WRITER

• A Bachelor s degree.
• A practical knowledge of a major railroad’s signal system.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in engineering
• The ability or organize project information, write clear, concise equipment and system specification. Interact and communicate with contractors, internal personnel and other internal departments.
• Experience with signal system design and field construction procedures is desirable.
• Experience with the preparation of contract documents is desirable.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Powerpoint is desirable.
